Clear Consultancy Services Case Study

Clear Consultancy Services became a Forever Stars corporate partner in 2025, driven by a personal connection to the charity and a commitment to making a meaningful difference in the local community.

Why Forever Stars?

For Managing Director Craig Simmons, supporting Forever Stars felt like the natural choice. Living locally in Bramcote and passing the Serenity Centre each day, the charity has always been close to home  and close to his family’s heart.

Craig and his wife experienced baby loss themselves, and having spent time in the Serenity Suite at the QMC, they were already aware of the support Forever Stars provides. But, it wasn’t until meeting our founder, Richard Daniels in person that Craig realised just how far the charity’s work extends, from workshops to family support, play therapy, hospital improvements and community outreach.

“Baby loss is something people know about in general terms, but it’s only when you’re personally affected that you realise how common it is and how important support beyond the NHS can be. What Forever Stars provides is absolutely vital.”

How Clear Consultancy Services is Supporting Us

Clear Consultancy Services has generously donated £500 to support Forever Stars’ work. This contribution will make a genuine difference to the families who rely on the charity.

As a small business, Craig felt strongly that his support should go to a local organisation where the impact would be truly felt:

“If we donated to a large national charity, £500 might not go very far. With Forever Stars, you know it will directly help families – whether that’s delivering workshops, funding play therapy or supporting the Serenity Centre.”

But their support goes far beyond a financial donation.

Craig and the team are also committed to:

Raising awareness – Using their networks – including national contacts and their work with lenders, government bodies and debt advice agencies – to help break the taboo around baby loss and signpost people to support.

Getting involved in events and community activities – From the 26-mile Baby Loss Awareness Walk to the Forever Stars Ball, the team is keen to participate and play an active role in the charity’s community.

Helping open up conversations – With a specialist background in supporting people in financial difficulty, Craig is passionate about highlighting the lesser-spoken-about financial impact of baby loss. Many bereaved parents need time away from work, face reduced income or find themselves struggling to cope – an area he hopes to help bring more visibility to.

About Clear Consultancy Services

Clear Consultancy Services is a specialist consultancy supporting organisations that work with people in financial difficulty, including banks, lenders, government bodies and debt advice charities.

Their work focuses on:

  • Service design and improvement
  • Debt advice engagement and accessibility
  • Supporting organisations to deliver better outcomes for people in financial hardship

The business was founded by Craig after a career in government overseeing national funding for debt advice services. Now three years in, Clear Consultancy Services has grown steadily and is using its success to give back to causes that matter.

A Shared Commitment to Community

Craig summed up the partnership perfectly:

“Forever Stars does incredible work with limited resources. Anything we can do, whether that’s donating, raising awareness or getting involved in events, feels like the right thing to do. It’s important we support something local, impactful and truly life-changing for families.”

Forever Stars is proud to welcome Clear Consultancy Services as a corporate partner and grateful for their compassion, openness and commitment to supporting families affected by baby loss.
