It all started at the Easter Egg Hunt in 2024. My friend had invited me to join her and her family, and we all had a great day. While walking around, I came across Daniel and noticed the Forever Stars information board and the sign that said they were looking for an admin assistant.

At the time, I was in a very dark place. I’d almost become a recluse, and due to ongoing health issues, I knew finding a job would be extremely difficult. I felt anxious, but something pushed me to give Daniel my number.

Not long after, Richard got in touch and showed me what help was needed. I knew instantly that this was going to be my lifeline. I started almost straight away, and now, 14 months later, I’ve loved every minute of being involved.

I’m incredibly proud to be part of such an amazing charity, one that has already helped so many people and continues to grow so it can help even more. I will be forever grateful to Forever Stars.
