The following terms and conditions apply to all orders for the purchase of goods from the Forever Stars online shop.

Our contract
Forever Stars will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details once you’ve placed an order online to purchase a product.

Description of the Goods
Forever Stars strive to take all reasonable care to ensure that all product details, descriptions and prices are correct when displayed on the website. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been wrongly published, including prices and promotions.

Availability
Our supply of goods from the Forever Stars website is subject to availability, it may not always be possible to inform you at the time of your purchase. In the case of this happening, we’ll send an alternative or a refund may be given.

Delivery
We offer a standard UK delivery charge on all orders. Forever Stars aim to dispatch all items within three working days of your order being received.

Cancellation and Returns
We offer a 28-day returns policy (or 31 days for overseas returns), which begins from the date you received the goods. If you contact us outside of the 28-day period or fail to return the item to us within 28 days we will not refund the order (unless defective/damaged). All unwanted goods should be returned in a resaleable condition. This does not affect your statutory rights.

When you send your item back to us we will process the returned item and offer you the choice of a replacement or a refund.

You will receive notification via e-mail of your refund. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.

Security
When submitting your order you are agreeing to the purchase of goods and are allowing Forever Stars to use your personal data for the purpose of supplying and delivering goods.

Losses
Forever Stars will not be responsible for any business loss (including loss of profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill or wasted expenditure) or any other indirect or consequential loss even if the loss was reasonably foreseeable when the contract to purchase was formed.

Alteration and Amendments
We reserve the right to make changes to our website, policies, and these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. If any terms or provisions of the terms and conditions should be determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforced for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction, then such provision shall be severed and the remainder of the provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These remaining provisions shall continue to be binding and enforceable.

Events beyond our reasonable control
We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

Governing law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the law of England and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
